Plastic extrusion – PVC pipes preferred; PVC/WPC profiles, panels, sheets or SPC also relevant

Key responsibilities

1. Run the complete plant: production planning, extrusion lines, shift scheduling and daily output targets.
2. Own machine maintenance (preventive and breakdown), dies, moulds and utilities, keeping downtime minimal.
3. Control quality, scrap and raw material (PVC resin, additives, fillers) consumption.
4. Lead supervisors, operators and contract labour, and solve labour availability issues.
5. Ensure safety, statutory compliance and factory SOPs.
6. Report production, cost and efficiency numbers to the directors.

Must have: Hands-on extrusion process knowledge, robust team leadership and a cost-control mindset. Must be willing to work at MET City / Jhajjar. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
