PLANT HR MANAGER

Experience: 8-12 Years (At least 4-5 yrs in Plant HR)

Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / MHRM

Location: Bengaluru

INDUSTRY: LOOKING ONLY FROM manufacturing / chemical / gases / engineering industry

HR Generalist to handle end-to-end HR for the Group Companies and the plant at Bengaluru including recruitment, IR, compliance, and shop-floor HR.

- Solid in plant recruitment
- Knowledge of labour laws and factory compliances
- Experience with contract labour handling and shift manpower management
- Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, Naukri portal
- Handling complete employee life cycle Induction, onboarding, confirmation, transfers
- Industrial Relations Handling personnel, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries and bridging the personnel with Management
- Performance management
- Training & Development
