Title: Plant Head

Experience : 8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.

Location : Alandi, Pune.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Plant Head - Zinc Division to lead the complete manufacturing operations for Kothari Metsol zinc wires, zinc-aluminium wires and aluminium wires used in thermal spray metallization, anti-corrosion, ductile iron pipe and capacitor applications, for Domestic and Export customers.

The role owns production on the Continuous Casting and Rolling (CCR) line and wire drawing operations, along with quality, cost, power, inventory, maintenance and safety for the Zine Division. The Plant Head will work closely with the Metallurgist and Sales teams on new product trials and will be accountable for delivering planned tonnage at the right quality and the lowest conversion and power cost.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
