Plant Head - Hand Tools

- Directing and optimizing daily manufacturing operations for the hand tools production facility to achieve targeted output, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Implementing lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste, optimize factory floor layouts, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Managing and mentoring plant supervisors and staff, cultivating a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous skill development.
- Enforcing strict safety and environmental standards to maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Overseeing the preventative maintenance of machinery, including forging presses, heat treatment furnaces, CNC machines, and injection molding equipment.
- Controlling operational budgets and expenses to minimize production costs, maximize resource utilization,



and improve profitability.
- Collaborating with quality assurance teams to minimize scrap rates, resolve production defects, and ensure tools meet internal and external standards.
- Managing supply chain and inventory levels for raw steel, components, and finished goods to guarantee uninterrupted production flow.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S) to streamline tooling, assembly, and packaging processes.
- Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as OEE, yield, and labor productivity, directly to senior executive leadership.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
