Prepare and manage production plans based on customer requirements, sales forecasts, and available capacity.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and monitor actual performance against the plan.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials as per production requirements.

Monitor inventory levels, RM/WIP/FG stock, and identify shortages or excess inventory.

Follow up with the Purchase and Stores teams for timely material availability.

Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks, delays, and capacity constraints.





Monitor customer delivery schedules and ensure on-time completion and dispatch.

Good knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain coordination.

Valuable knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Strong skills in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery schedules.

Strong ownership and decision-making ability.
