Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Project Experience: High-rise commercial, residential or mixed-use projects

Software: Primavera P6, MS Project & MS Excel

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project
- Develop WBS and detailed construction schedules
- Monitor daily, weekly & monthly progress against approved baselines
- Identify delays, critical activities & prepare recovery plans
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Procurement, Contracts & Site teams
- Prepare 2-week & 4-week look-ahead schedules and catch-up plans
- Track project milestones and overall progress
- Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR & management dashboards
- Monitor manpower, equipment & material utilization
- Support resource planning and productivity analysis
- Maintain planning documentation and support client/consultant review meetings

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
