We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding job requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for different job openings.
- Understand client hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.
- Support the team in achieving recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to work with candidates and clients.
- Freshers can apply.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years

Pay: Up to ₹1,850,000.00 per year
