Key Responsibilities:

- Source and acquire new IT companies for job placements, internships, and hiring drives.

- Reach out to HR teams, hiring managers, and technical leaders in IT firms.

- Present the institute’s training programs and showcase student skillsets effectively.

- Secure job openings across IT roles such as developers, QA engineers, support engineers, cloud, data, AI, and more.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and placement drives with employers.

- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with IT clients to ensure repeat hiring.

- Track and manage dashboards/reports for current clients, job opportunities, and placement outcomes.

Required Skills

- Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring needs.

- Experience in HR Recruitment, Client Handling or Business Development, or client acquisition (preferred).

- Ability to negotiate confidently and deliver effective presentations.

- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to outreach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
