Role & responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Strategic:
- Pleasant behaviour with patients, staff and colleagues
- Initiatives towards qualified academic growth
- Initiatives towards departmental growth
- Clinical discussions in internal meeting.
1. Operational: A) In patient & ICU -
- Thorough Assessment of the patient and discuss with consultant if and when needed.
- Planning and providing the appropriate therapy to the patient
- Educating the patient, patient attendant, nurse.
- Documenting the patient details in IPD Register, billing and entering the clinical notes in the HIS
- Ongoing communication with the HOD & / or the consultant regarding the progress of the patient if required.
- Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening & Nights) are there.
Preferred candidate profile: Male and Fresher Candidate Preferred
