Key Responsibilities

- Pre-Production: Plan shoots, write scripts, and collaborate with creative teams or clients on concepts and storyboards.

- Production: Set up, operate, and break down cameras, audio recorders, and lighting equipment on location or in a studio.

- Post-Production: Edit raw footage, add motion graphics, mix sound, and insert special effects using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

- Maintenance: Clean, repair, and manage an inventory of all studio and field production gear. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Core Requirements

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital cameras, lighting setups, sound design, and video editing software.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand or work for long hours during field shoots.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and creative storytelling abilities.

- Education & Portfolio: A degree in film, media, or communications is often preferred, alongside a strong portfolio of past video projects. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
