Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Life Sciences Recruiter specializing in Pharma and Regulatory roles . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, clinical research, and quality domains. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharma industry, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Pharma and Regulatory roles
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Handle hiring for roles such as:
- Regulatory Affairs (CMC, Publishing, Labeling)
- Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety
- Clinical Research (CRA, Clinical Data Management)
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and domain expertise
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of niche Life Sciences talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process




- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline health)
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences / Pharma recruitment
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, PV, and Quality domains
- Proven experience in hiring for niche and mid-to-senior level roles
- Expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in service-based or consulting environment
- Exposure to global hiring (US/EU/APAC markets)
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
