Role & responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a highquality liability portfolio through acquisition of Savings & Current Accounts, Deposits, and crosssell opportunities.
- Deliver personalised branchlevel service, manage customer queries, and ensure smooth onboarding with complete KYC and documentation compliance.
- Build solid, longterm relationships with Classic customers through regular engagement, financial needs assessment, and proactive service.
- Drive branch business targets by generating leads, deepening existing portfolios, and promoting digital banking adoption.
- Coordinate with branch operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and adherence to bank policies
