We are currently hiring for a Lead Performance Tester / Senior Test Engineer / QA Lead position based in Chennai, with a Work from Office requirement.

Experience: 6+ Years

Domain: Banking, Payments, or FinTech

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet customer needs

- Ability to adapt to current technologies and/or techniques

- Hands-on knowledge in using the features of JMeter

- Demonstrates industry standard best practices in developing performance test scripts

- Configure test scenarios, virtual user loads, and run conditions.

- Execute different types of performance tests (load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability).

- Monitor system performance (CPU, memory, network, DB,



application logs) during test execution.

- Collaborate with DevOps/infra teams for environment and tool setup.

- Hands-On knowledge in Java language is a MUST

- Have knowledge on ISO-8583 and cards domain.
