We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter to work with our client.

Role: Performance Test Engineer

Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Chandigarh, Hyderabad

Experience: 5+ Years

CTC: Up to 13.52 LPA

Key Responsibilities

-Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.

-Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.

-Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.

-Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

-Prepare detailed performance test reports with observations and recommendations.

-Monitor application and server performance using profiling and monitoring tools.

-Participate in performance planning during all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

-Ensure applications meet defined performance SLAs before production deployment.

Required Skills





-5+ years of experience in Performance Testing.

-Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.

-Expertise in designing performance test scenarios and workload models.

-Experience in Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume Testing.

-Good understanding of performance tuning methodologies.

-Knowledge of SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and API Performance Testing.

-Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar is an added advantage.

-Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,352,000.00 per year
