Already working in performance marketing and feel ready for more ownership, better clients and faster growth?

We’re looking for someone who knows Meta Google Ads inside out, thinks beyond just “running campaigns”, and wants to become a key part of a growing boutique agency.

? What we’re looking for

- 1 year of hands-on paid advertising experience (2–3 years preferred)
- Strong Meta & Google Ads knowledge (helpful but not necessary)
- Experience managing real client accounts
- Someone analytical, proactive and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently without constant follow-ups
