We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can independently own and scale our paid acquisition channels.

This is a core performance marketing role focused on driving high-quality learner leads, improving acquisition efficiency and scaling campaigns profitably.

What You’ll Work On

• Own and manage paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google Ads

- Plan, launch, optimise and scale lead-generation campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends based on performance

• Drive improvements across CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and lead quality

- Build and test campaign structures, audiences, creatives, ad copies and offers

• Analyse the complete funnel from ad click → lead → counselling → admission

- Work closely with the sales and admissions teams to understand lead quality and conversion performance
- Identify low-quality traffic and continuously improve targeting and campaign efficiency
- Build retargeting and remarketing strategies across platforms
- Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages

• Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking tools

- Ensure accurate campaign attribution and tracking
- Monitor daily performance and take quick corrective action when metrics deteriorate
- Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards
- Forecast budgets, leads and expected acquisition outcomes
- Identify new paid acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Work with designers and content teams to continuously improve ad creatives
- Scale winning campaigns without compromising lead quality or acquisition economics





Who Should Apply

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• Has independently managed significant budgets across Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Has strong experience in lead-generation campaigns

• Understands metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS and LTV

- Has strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Understands attribution, conversion tracking and funnel analytics

• Has hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking

- Can independently diagnose why a campaign is underperforming
- Knows how to scale winning campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency
- Is comfortable working closely with sales teams to optimise for actual conversions—not just leads
- Takes ownership of outcomes and works with minimal supervision
- Is highly data-driven, execution-focused and comfortable experimenting continuously

Experience in edtech, education, fintech, consumer internet, lead generation or high-consideration products will be preferred.
