Key Responsibilities-

Google & Meta Ads Campaign Management

Plan, set up, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage campaigns across objectives including Lead Generation, Conversions, Traffic, Engagement, and Awareness.

Handle campaign setup including audience targeting, ad creatives, budgets, placements, bidding, and conversion tracking.

Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

Optimize campaigns based on performance, business objectives, and monthly targets.

Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.

Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining cost and performance efficiency.

Audience & Tracking Management

Create and manage Custom, Lookalike, Interest-Based, and Retargeting audiences.

Implement audience segmentation based on campaign objectives and customer journey.

Monitor and ensure accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.





Maintain proper UTM tracking and campaign attribution.

Reporting & Analytics-

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.

Analyze campaign data and provide actionable optimization insights.

Monitor budget utilization, lead quality, and campaign ROI.

Present campaign performance updates to internal teams and clients when required.

Creative & Landing Page Coordination

Coordinate with design and content teams for high-performing ad creatives and copies.

Provide creative recommendations based on campaign performance and audience behavior.

Coordinate with website/development teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.

Key Skills Required-

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, and digital advertising.

Knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign structures.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Good communication and client management skills.

Qualifications-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Experience in healthcare, digital marketing agencies, or consulting environments will be an added advantage.
