Job Summary

Hansraj Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of paid campaigns, lead generation, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive qualified leads through performance marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key metrics.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Track budgets, leads, conversions, and overall campaign results.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid campaigns and lead generation.
- Good knowledge of campaign performance metrics.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi.
