About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer responsible for customer acquisition, campaign scaling, conversion optimization, and measurable growth for Essence Health.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms and a strong understanding of acquisition economics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies.
- Manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other relevant paid channels
- Manage and optimize acquisition budgets.
- Develop audience targeting and segmentation strategies.




- Build retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversions, and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop performance-oriented campaigns.
- Implement up-to-date conversion tracking and attribution.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Use AI-powered campaign optimization tools.
- Conduct growth experiments and incrementality testing.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion journeys.
- Develop first-party data strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
