Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with Talent Acquisition to deliver fair, consistent,



and policy-compliant hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hire integration through induction planning and employee check-ins.
- Drive performance management processes, including objective setting, performance reviews, and appraisal completion.
- Partner with leaders on employee engagement initiatives, action planning, organizational design, and people performance matters.
- Leverage people analytics and workforce data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage employee offboarding processes and support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and annual people cycle activities.
- Ensure compliance with people policies, support audits, and collaborate with regional and global people teams to resolve complex employee matters.

What We Are Looking For

- Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset, curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- 6-8 years of HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within a multicultural, international, and matrixed organization.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Experience using people analytics and workforce data to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to manage confidential employee and business information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to balance business priorities while supporting a positive employee experience.
