Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PCB Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Power Electronics and IoT hardware to design, develop, and release reliable, manufacturable PCB layouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and route single-layer and 2-layer PCBs; 4-layer experience is preferred.
- Develop PCB layouts for MPPT solar controllers, LED drivers, DC-DC converters, battery systems, and IoT devices.
- Perform component placement, routing, copper pours, and thermal management.
- Ensure proper grounding, signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and power routing.
- Create and verify schematic symbols and PCB footprints using datasheets.
- Generate Gerber, NC drill, BOM, pick-and-place, and assembly files.
- Perform Design Rule Checks (DRC) and connectivity verification.
- Coordinate with hardware, production, PCB manufacturing,



and assembly teams.
- Support prototype testing, debugging, and design revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC;, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of practical PCB layout and routing experience.
- Hands-on experience in both Power Electronics and IoT/embedded hardware.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD/Allegro, or equivalent PCB design software.
- Knowledge of switching power supplies, high-current routing, grounding, and thermal management.
- Experience generating manufacturing files and working on fabricated and tested PCBs.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with 4-layer PCB design.
- Knowledge of MPPT controllers, solar products, GSM/4G, BLE, RS485, and DC-DC converters.
- Exposure to SMT assembly, prototype testing, and production support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
