Position Overview The role leads the payroll team, manages complex payroll issues, strengthens controls, and partners with HR and Finance to provide reliable employee service and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

- 1. Lead end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly payroll, adjustments, deductions,

- reimbursements, and final settlements.
- 1. Ensure accurate, on-time salary payments and compliance with payroll, tax, statutory, and data privacy requirements.

- 1. Review payroll inputs, exception reports, reconciliations, controls, filings, and audit documentation.

- 1. Resolve employee queries and escalations within agreed timelines.

- 1. Partner with HR, Finance, vendors,



and technology teams to maintain accurate employee data and payroll systems.

- 1. Coach the payroll team , standardisation, and process improvements.

Skills & Experience

- 1. Bachelor’s degree in finance.

- 1. 4-7 years of payroll experience, including team or operational leadership.

- 1. Solid knowledge of payroll compliance, statutory deductions, reconciliations, controls, and payroll systems.

- 1. Experience handling high-volume payroll and supporting audits is preferred.

- 1. Excellent accuracy, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and confidentiality.
