- Conduct periodic refresher training sessions and workshops for local partners as new product features or upgrades roll out.

3. Customer & Patient Onboarding

- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new patients and families subscribing to iLive Connect services.
- Provide hands-on orientation and training on how to use the monitoring hardware devices and navigate the iLive Connect mobile app.
- Ensure a smooth transition for patients from hospital discharge to home-based continuous care, guiding them through initial setups and data syncing.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Act as the first line of technical support for users and partner hospitals facing device connectivity issues, app glitches, or sensor data interpretation errors.
- Coordinate closely with the internal tech and clinical command teams at the head office to quickly resolve escalations and technical support tickets.
- Perform regular check-ins to ensure optimal device performance and continuous user engagement with the platform.

5. Stock & Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate local inventory and stock records of iLive Connect hardware kits, biosensors, and replacement parts in Mumbai.
- Handle dispatch, delivery tracking,

and reverse logistics for devices assigned to new or returning subscribers as well as partner hospitals.
- Coordinate routine inventory audits and replenishment requests with the central head office supply chain team.

6. Head Office Coordination & Reporting

- Serve as the primary operational point of contact between the Mumbai/Maharashtra field region and the central head office.
- Submit regular reports on sales pipelines, training milestones, hospital partnerships, customer feedback, and stock/inventory status.

Desired Candidate Profile
