Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate patient care services, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by handling patient queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist with front office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing waiting lists, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop strong relationships with patients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay at the hospital.
Job Requirements :
- Arabic Language Must.
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare or medical services industry.
- Excellent Arabic language skills (written & spoken) for effective communication with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong front office skills for productive coordination of patient care services.
