- Prepare desserts and baked goods for the brand following recipes and standards precisely while keeping the highest hygiene levels.

- Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, and baked items per standard recipes

- Produce in batches and keep prep ready for peak order times

- Finish, decorate, and package items so they travel well

- Suggest creative ideas for new and seasonal products

- Follow HACCP, food safety, and personal hygiene rules

- Label, date, and rotate stock (FIFO); log temperatures

- Keep workstation and equipment clean and sanitized

- Minimize waste and report low stock or equipment issues

Requirements

- Pastry or bakery experience preferred; motivated beginners welcome

- Basic pastry skills and a valid food handler certificate (or willingness to get one)

- Adaptable for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
