- Create a wide range of cakes, pastries, brownies, cheesecakes, croissants & donuts
- Design and prepare birthday, wedding, fondant & theme cakes
- Prepare creams, ganaches, frostings & fillings
- Manage daily production while maintaining consistent quality
- Monitor stock, ordering and wastage
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen according to FSSAI standards
- Guide and train junior team members
- What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of qualified experience in pastry/cake production
- Strong skills in cream work, fondant & chocolate decoration
- Knowledge of both eggless and egg-based recipes
- Experience handling deck ovens & convection ovens
- Creative eye for cake decoration and presentation
- What We Offer
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
- (Based on experience & skill test)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
