To accurately pick, verify, and deliver automobile spare parts required for service and repair jobs, ensuring timely availability of the correct parts to technicians and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick spare parts from the parts inventory based on approved parts requests/job cards.
- Verify part number, description, quantity, and vehicle application before issuing parts.
- Arrange and organize spare parts in the designated storage locations.
- Issue parts to technicians/service teams against authorized requests.
- Ensure correct parts are supplied to avoid wrong-part issues and service delays.
- Check the condition of parts before issuing them.
- Assist in receiving, counting, labeling, and storing newly received spare parts.
- Maintain proper inventory and bin-location discipline.
- Report shortages, damaged parts, incorrect stock, or discrepancies to the Parts In-charge.
- Support periodic physical stock verification and inventory counting.




- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the parts storage area.
- Follow company procedures for parts handling, documentation, and inventory control.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Previous experience in an automobile workshop, dealership, or spare-parts store is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts is an advantage.
- Ability to read and identify part numbers and descriptions.
- Valuable physical fitness for handling and moving parts.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
