Creaters India Pvt. Ltd is the company behind Playtoons, a growing brand dedicated to manufacturing and retailing high-quality, BIS-certified soft toys. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant to join our Greater Noida team to help maintain our financial health as we scale our domestic manufacturing, retail presence, and offline distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory & Cost Accounting: Track raw material purchases (fabrics, stuffing, trims), work-in-progress, and finished soft toy inventory. Reconcile physical inventory with system records and track manufacturing costs.

- Bank Reconciliation: Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow tracking.

- Invoicing & Billing: Process B2B invoices for offline retail buying managers and distributors, ensuring all commercial terms and pricing structures are accurately reflected.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare basic monthly P&L; statements and assist in the preparation of documents for annual statutory audits.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
