Role Description The Owner role at Aurolab is a full time, on-site position based in Madurai, responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction to the organization. The Owner will oversee business operations, long-term planning, and expansion into existing and new healthcare segments, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of delivering high-quality, affordable products. Daily responsibilities include guiding executive teams, reviewing financial performance, approving major investments,



and monitoring compliance with regulatory and quality standards across manufacturing and distribution.

The role also involves building partnerships in domestic and international markets, evaluating new product opportunities, and fostering a culture of innovation, ethical practices, and continuous improvement. The Owner will represent Aurolab with key stakeholders, including customers, regulatory bodies, suppliers, and community organizations, to strengthen brand reputation and global impact.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with experience guiding senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in operations management, supply chain oversight, and process optimization in manufacturing or healthcare-related industries.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management systems, including familiarity with US FDA, EU GMP, and WHO GMP standards.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, investment evaluation, and long-term business growth planning.
- Business development and international market experience, particularly in emerging markets and global distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and regions.
- Commitment to social impact, ethical business practices, and delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare products.
- Relevant advanced degree in business, management, engineering, or healthcare, or equivalent experience in owning or leading a complex organization.
