About the role

Our client is a software company serving dental and healthcare practices. You will be the first point of contact for practice owners and office managers, starting conversations, understanding their needs and arranging product demos with the client's specialists.

What you'll do

- Reach out daily to practices by phone, email and social channels
- Hold genuine conversations to check whether the solution fits
- Schedule demos between interested practices and the specialist team
- Record every interaction in the CRM the same day
- Hand over context so the specialist is fully prepared

What you'll bring

- 2-4 years in outbound, inside sales or business development for a software product
- Experience working with US or EMEA clients
- Strong phone presence, CRM discipline and openness to feedback

Valuable to have

- Dental, healthcare or practice-software exposure
- HubSpot experience
