? Key Responsibilities

- Handle Order Management & Order Entry activities.
- Manage order tracking, changes, expediting and fulfillment.
- Check inventory availability, shipping and product availability.
- Handle end-to-end order processing using SAP.
- Support Sales teams with order entry and tracking.
- Manage customer contracts and order booking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment.

? Required Skills

✅ 1+ year relevant Order Management experience

✅ Hands-on SAP experience

✅ Order Entry / Order Tracking

✅ Inventory & Shipping Management

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Willingness to work adaptable/night shifts
