- Process and update customer orders accurately in ERP/software.
- Verify product details, quantity, weight, design, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, QC, Packing & Dispatch teams.
- Track orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Follow up on pending/urgent orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate order records and prepare status reports.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- ERP knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure.
- Jewellery manufacturing experience preferred.
