About Chainskart

Chainskart is a growing jewellery business based in Zaveri Bazar, Mumbai, dealing in gold jewellery and chains. We are looking for an organised and proactive Order & Operations Executive to manage daily orders, vendor coordination, stock records, follow-ups, and operational data.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and track daily orders from order placement to dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, production, delivery and pending requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update stock and inventory data.
- Check stock availability and coordinate for replenishment when required.
- Maintain accurate order, vendor and stock records.
- Conduct regular telecalling and follow-ups with vendors and customers.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries and stock-related issues.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Prepare daily and weekly order and stock reports.
- Update and maintain records in Excel/ERP/software.
- Ensure all order and stock-related information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in order management, operations, coordination, back office or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and telecalling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the jewellery/gold industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are organised, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
