Order Entry Specialist responsibilities include:

US Process. Monday to Friday Night Shift

Recording customer information in order to process orders.

Completing fields such as name, address, account number, item number, price, and any sales or promotions.

Inputting data into a central database to be used to fulfill orders.

Order Entry using Client Portal.

- Will be required to enter incoming purchase orders/faxes into pre-defined excel sheets or web forms across remote desktops.
- Will be required to maintain accurate reports of work done.
- Might also be required to enter product details from printed catalogs into excel sheets or web forms.
