Position: Full-Time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Location: Kalyani Nagar / Kharadi / Baner, Pune

About the Role The Daily Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a qualified, experienced, and patient-focused Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves evaluating and managing conditions affecting the face, jaws, mouth, and related structures, along with providing appropriate facial aesthetic consultations and procedures within the practitioner's qualifications and scope of practice.

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, excellent patient counselling skills, and a commitment to patient safety and high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed consultations and clinical assessments for relevant oral, maxillofacial, and facial aesthetic concerns.
- Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Perform procedures within the practitioner's recognised qualifications, training, and scope of practice.
- Assess facial proportions, symmetry, and relevant anatomical concerns when clinically indicated.
- Provide appropriate management of facial soft-tissue conditions, jaw-related concerns, and other conditions within the surgeon's specialty.
- Perform facial aesthetic procedures for which the practitioner is appropriately trained and authorised, where offered by the clinic.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, limitations, potential risks, and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation.
- Ensure high standards of infection control, sterilisation, clinical hygiene, and patient safety.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and manage appropriate follow-up care.
- Coordinate with dermatologists, other doctors, therapists,



and clinic management whenever multidisciplinary care is required.
- Identify cases requiring referral to a hospital or another specialist.
- Maintain qualified ethics, confidentiality, and patient-centred clinical practices.

Requirements
- BDS with MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognised institution, or an equivalent qualification recognised under applicable Indian regulations.
- Valid registration with the relevant dental council.
- Prior clinical experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery preferred.
- Experience in facial anatomy and relevant aesthetic procedures will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Willingness to work full-time, with branch allocation and working hours as agreed.
