Job Requirements &

Skills: -

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SSIS development.

- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, functions, cursors, collections, exception handling, and performance tuning.

- Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining SSIS packages.

- Good understanding of SSIS components such as: -

- Control Flow, Data Flow, Execute SQL Task, For Each Loop, Variables and Expressions, Connection Managers, Configurations/Parameters & Error Handling and Logging.

- Experience converting Oracle/ODI code into Oracle database packages and procedures.

- Robust SQL development and debugging skills.

- Experience in ETL development, data migration, data validation, and defect resolution.

- Good understanding of ETL testing and reconciliation processes.

- Ability to analyse existing ETL workflows and translate them into SSIS packages and Oracle PL/SQL solutions.

- Good documentation and communication skills.

Candidate Profile: -





- We are looking for candidates who can independently analyse existing ODI ETL jobs, convert the underlying logic into Oracle PL/SQL and SSIS, perform testing and data validation, and troubleshoot defects through completion.

- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Job Key Responsibilities: -

- Develop, maintain, and enhance SSIS packages, including control flows, data flows, loops, variables, connections, configurations, and error handling.

- Migrate and convert existing ODI ETL jobs into SSIS-based solutions.

- Convert ODI SQL, mappings, and procedures into Oracle PL/SQL database packages and stored procedures.

- Develop and maintain robust, reusable Oracle PL/SQL packages and procedures.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PL/SQL jobs for improved performance and reliability.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and data validation for migrated ETL processes.

- Analyse and resolve defects identified during development and testing.

- Validate source-to-target data and ensure accuracy of migrated ETL processes.

- Prepare and present test summary reports and provide status updates to project stakeholders.

- Document ETL jobs, technical specifications, mappings, process flows, and migration details.

- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to understand existing ODI workflows and translate them into SSIS/Oracle solutions.

- Support production deployment, post-deployment validation, and issue resolution as required.
