Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Functional Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and solution architecture of Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Hub (PDH). The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading business process transformations and seamlessly connecting engineering workflows with supply chain management (SCM) environments.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

- Workshop Facilitation: Lead requirements gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions with business stakeholders.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and translate complex requirements into scalable, best-practice PLM solutions.
- Functional Architecture: Design and configure Oracle Cloud PLM modules and relevant Supply Chain Management (SCM) touchpoints.
- Core Documentation: Prepare high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and detailed business process flows.
- Governance Strategy: Define robust PLM governance and product lifecycle strategies aligned directly with overarching business objectives.

Oracle Cloud PLM Implementation & Configuration

- Module Delivery: Configure and implement end-to-end setups across the following core pillars:
- Product Data Hub (PDH) & Item Management
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Cloud
- Innovation Management (Ideation, Concept Design)
- Quality Management (CAPA, Audits, Quality Issues)
- Product Change Orders (PCO) & Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
- Product Structures & Bill of Materials (BOM) Management
- Operational Alignment: Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering collaboration, product changes, and compliance processes.




- Data Governance: Manage item, supplier, and manufacturing master data governance frameworks.

Solution Design & Integration

- Cross-Cloud Integrations: Define and map downstream integrations between Oracle Cloud PLM and:
- Oracle SCM Cloud
- Manufacturing Cloud
- Procurement Cloud
- ERP Financials
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Third-party CAD / Legacy PLM systems
- Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with technical engineering teams to define integrations, reports, data conversions, and custom extensions.
- Migration Strategy: Architect and support the overarching data migration strategy and its technical execution.

Testing & Deployment

- Validation Artifacts: Develop rigorous test scenarios, and functional test scripts, and provide hands-on support during SIT and UAT cycles.
- Defect Management: Lead defect triage, issue prioritization, and functional resolution.
- Launch Execution: Conduct comprehensive launch readiness assessments, deployment planning, production cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Stakeholder Management & Competencies

- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a primary functional advisory touchpoint to client business leaders and project steering committees.
- Risk Management: Provide transparent status updates, orchestrate risk mitigation plans, and manage RAID logs.
- Team Mentorship:



Mentor junior consultants and conduct comprehensive client knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Best Practices: Drive the adoption of contemporary PLM industry standards and out-of-the-box business processes.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: Oracle Cloud PLM Implementation Specialist Certification is highly preferred.
- Track Record: Proven experience delivering at least 3 to 5 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud PLM implementations.
- Scale: Experience executing global digital transformation programs and multi-country system rollouts is preferred.
