Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant – Talent Management & Compensation with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workforce Compensation, Merit, Bonus, Performance Management, Goals, Fast Formula, Talent Review, Profile Management, and Succession Planning.

The consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, managing annual compensation and performance cycles end to end, and collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions. The selected candidate will be based offshore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, implement, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Compensation modules.
- Manage annual compensation and performance cycles end to end, including planning, configuration, testing, execution, and post-cycle support.
- Configure and support Workforce Compensation plans, including Merit, Bonus, budgets, eligibility rules, allocation methods, worksheets, and compensation statements.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for compensation calculations, eligibility criteria, and business rules.
- Configure and support Performance Management, Goals Management, Talent Review, Profile Management, and Succession Planning.
- Configure manager hierarchies, approval workflows, and compensation plan access to support business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and solutions.




- Collaborate with technical teams on BI reports, integrations, data validation, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct functional testing, support SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate defect resolution.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Work closely with HR, compensation, talent management, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide production support, investigate functional issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure configurations align with business policies, compensation processes, and HR operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Compensation modules.
- Strong functional expertise in Workforce Compensation, Merit, Bonus, Performance Management, and Goals Management.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining Fast Formulas, particularly for compensation calculations and eligibility logic.
- Experience managing annual compensation and performance cycles end to end.
- Hands-on experience with Talent Review, Profile Management, and Succession Planning.
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Compensation configuration, including:
- Eligibility rules and compensation budgets




- Allocation methods and compensation worksheets
- Manager hierarchies and approval workflows
- Compensation statements
- Experience working with technical teams on BI reports and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, business processes, and functional testing.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production issues.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver functional solutions within project timelines.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
- Experience in compensation plan design, annual merit planning, bonus planning, and performance appraisal processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM data flows.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting enhancements.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional project teams.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are an added advantage.
