Automus is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Oracle EPM Consultant to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience who are looking to build their careers in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud and gain hands-on experience across multiple EPM solutions.

Job Summary:

As an Oracle EPM Consultant, you will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, implement solutions, perform application configuration, testing, and provide functional support across Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

The ideal candidate should have exposure to one or more of the following Oracle EPM modules:

- Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
- Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
- Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
- Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS)

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM functional solutions.
- Participate in Oracle EPM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications based on business requirements.
- Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Support applications such as PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and TRCS.
- Develop and maintain application components such as dimensions, metadata, forms, reports, business rules, dashboards,



and security.
- Assist with data integration, data loading, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Analyze functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Support application migrations and deployment activities across environments.
- Assist with month-end, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, account reconciliation, and tax reporting processes as applicable.
- Participate in knowledge-transfer sessions and provide end-user support.
- Stay updated with Oracle EPM Cloud quarterly releases and current functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience working with Oracle EPM / Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Exposure to one or more Oracle EPM modules such as PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, or TRCS.
- Understanding of EPM concepts and financial business processes.
- Basic knowledge of application configuration, metadata management, data loading, and security.
- Exposure to requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, and issue resolution.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.

Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with multiple Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting and calculation/business rules.
- Exposure to Data Management / Data Integration.
- Knowledge of Smart View.
- Experience with EPM Automate.
- Exposure to Financial Reporting, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM security and access management.
- Oracle EPM certification is an added advantage.
