Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant with solid functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, and CM, with exposure to implementation, support, enhancements, and business process optimization. Knowledge of SLA, Project Billing/Accounting, and Fixed Assets will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS Financials.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Finance modules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Support upgrades, patch testing, and change management activities.




- Ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 6-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and CM.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes.
- Exposure to Oracle R12 environment.
- Preferred knowledge of:
- Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Accounting Methods Builder (AMB).
- Oracle Projects - Project Billing/Project Accounting.
- Fixed Assets (FA) including depreciation, capitalization, transfers, and retirements.

- Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Oracle Financials certification will be an added advantage.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
