- Strong experience in Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Discounting and Approvals.
- Experience in CPQ implementation, configuration, testing and production support.
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes.
- Experience integrating CPQ with Oracle Fusion Sales, Order Management and ERP.
- Strong requirement gathering, functional documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and OIC is preferred.

2. Job Title: Oracle CX Subscription Management Functional Consultant

Experience: 7+ Years

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management.
- Strong experience in Subscription Lifecycle, Pricing, Billing, Renewals, Amendments and Terminations.
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash and recurring revenue processes.
- Experience integrating Subscription Management with Receivables,



Order Management, CPQ and Sales.
- Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, testing and production support.
- Robust functional analysis and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP integrations is preferred.

3. Job Title: Oracle CX Fusion Service Functional Consultant (Redwood)

Experience: 7+ Years

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Service / CX Service.
- Strong experience in Service Requests, Case Management, Knowledge Management and Customer Service.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UI / Redwood Experience.
- Experience in configuration, implementation, testing and production support.
- Good understanding of workflows, assignment rules, approvals and notifications.
- Experience integrating Fusion Service with other Oracle Fusion CX/ERP applications.
- Knowledge of OIC and REST/SOAP integrations is preferred
