We are seeking an experienced

Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in

Workforce Compensation and

Global Perks to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support global total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Configure and manage Workforce Compensation processes including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock allocations, budget pools, compensation worksheets, approval hierarchies, and executive workflows.

- Design and administer Benefits programs, plans, plan types, options, eligibility profiles, life events, and open enrollment cycles.

- Configure global and Middle East-specific total rewards programs, including allowances, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.

- Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and third-party benefits providers.

- Develop OTBI reports, dashboards, functional design documents, and support UAT activities.

- Partner with HR, Compensation,



Benefits, Payroll, and technical teams to drive solution adoption and business outcomes.

- Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist Certification.

- Experience with Individual Compensation Plans (ICP).

- Experience configuring Total Remuneration Statements.

- Experience with Middle East gratuity, end-of-service benefits, local allowances, and regional benefits programs.

- Experience supporting global multi-country Oracle Cloud HCM deployments.
