HIRING | Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Customer Data Management solutions, ensuring accurate, governed customer master data across Oracle Fusion and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Oracle CDM solutions covering Customer, Account, Contact, Hierarchies, Duplicate Management, Matching, Merge & Survivorship
- Define data governance, ownership, quality rules & golden-record processes
- Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher & bulk-import tools
- Lead data migration, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation & cutover
- Configure security, roles, audit & data-access controls
- Lead requirement workshops,



solution design, testing & deployment
- Provide guidance on Oracle CDM best practices and delivery risks

Required Skills Oracle CDM Cloud / Fusion Customer Data Management implementation experience

Strong knowledge of Customer Master Data, Data Quality & Governance

Hands-on OIC & Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs

Experience with Import Management, BI Publisher, OTBI & Data Migration

Robust solution design, communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred

- Oracle Cloud certification in Sales / CDM
- Integration experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or other CRM/MDM platforms
