Eligibility & Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (designation on papers is mandatory)
- Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust knowledge of US Healthcare processes
- Proven experience in team handling and people management
- Good understanding of KPI, KRA, SLA, Attrition, Shrinkage, and Process Transition
- Willingness to work from office in night shifts, including rotational/night schedules
