Shift Timings:

Shift 1: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Shift 2: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

General Shift: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per operational requirements.

About the Role:

- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Monitoring Executive to monitor mining operations, track fleet performance, coordinate with on-site Mining Field Executives, and ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities using KiarX's digital monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of Mining Field Executives deployed at mining sites.
- Monitor trucks, excavators, and other mining equipment through KiarX's live-tracking platform and web dashboard.
- Track real-time fleet movement, idle time, vehicle utilization, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure adherence to shift timings, driver discipline, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain regular communication with field executives, drivers, site teams, and management.
- Identify operational irregularities, delays, and deviations, and escalate them to the concerned teams.
- Monitor attendance, login/logout activities, and task completion of field executives.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and other operational performance reports.
- Analyse fleet and operational data to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.




- Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks, operational issues, and site-level requirements.
- Support occasional mining-site visits for operational audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Mining, Operations, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and monitoring skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with field teams and ensure timely task completion.
- Basic understanding of GPS tracking systems, fleet dashboards, or digital monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is compulsory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, MS Excel, and report preparation.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and occasionally travel to mining sites.
