We have an Exciting Opportunity for Operations MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations MIS Executive for data consolidation, validation, reporting and operational tracking.

Location : Wagholi, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Operations MIS reports.
- Maintain site-wise, client-wise and machine-wise sales reports.
- Track VRA attendance, productivity and refilling/PJP compliance.
- Maintain stock, inventory movement and reconciliation reports.
- Track machine complaints, downtime and technical closure.
- Maintain audit, PPM, SLA and client escalation trackers.
- Validate and reconcile operational data received from different teams.
- Prepare KPI dashboards and management reports.
- Coordinate with Operations Executives, Warehouse, Technicians and VRAs for data collection and pending information.
- Identify data discrepancies and highlight operational exceptions to the Operations Manager.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and reports.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Operations MIS.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS and data analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, supply chain or field operations will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Google Sheets will be an added advantage.

Job Overview:

- Role requires 1-3 years MIS experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups), supporting data consolidation, reporting, and tracking operational metrics.
- Experience in FMCG/logistics preferred; Power BI/Google Sheets is an advantage.
