We are an agile, early-stage team looking for a high-ownership Operations Lead to scale our ground execution, manage our skilled organizing teams, and break operational bottlenecks. If you love chaotic troubleshooting, field management, and building processes from scratch, this role is for you.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):

- Team & Labor Management: Train, schedule, and retain our blue-collar professional organizing teams. Build a strong pipeline of backup professionals to ensure zero disruption in service.
- On-Site Quality Assurance: Personally supervise premium home transformation projects. Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site to ensure an elite, five-star service standard.
- Capacity Optimization: Map schedules and routes efficiently to maximize daily booking utilization across the city.
- Growth & B2B Activations:



Lead field marketing efforts during unbooked calendar gaps. Coordinate with luxury apartment associations (RWA), gated community apps, and premium realtors for partnership events and hyper-local activations.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of on-field operational experience in hyper-local service marketplace startups, quick-commerce, or logistics (e.g., ex-Urban Company, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Shadowfax, or Porter supervisors).
- Language Skills: Absolute fluency in English (to manage high-net-worth clients) AND Telugu or Kannada (to effectively communicate and bond with ground-level field workers).
- Grit & Mobility: You must own a two-wheeler, have a valid driver's license, and love being on the move. This is an 80% on-field role, not a desk job.
- Mindset: A natural problem-solver who doesn't panic when a worker doesn't show up or a plan changes last minute.
