We are looking for a strategic and versatile Operations Manager to drive efficiency, cross-departmental coordination, and scalability across our organization. In this role, you will serve as the organizational backbone, aligning day-to-day execution with our growth objectives in the Kerala IT market. You will bridge management and department heads ensuring seamless resource allocation, delivery timelines, and strict operational compliance.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of overall corporate experience, in Operations Management or Delivery Management.
- Education:
- Post graduation/MBA (Operations) is a strong plus.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of handling cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
- Skills & Attributes:




- Exceptional problem-solving skills and process-orientation
- Flawless communication skills in English; working knowledge of Malayalam is preferred for local stakeholder and vendor management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Project & Service Delivery: On-time milestone completion for projects and adherence to support SLAs.
- Operational Efficiency: Reduction in inter-departmental turnaround time and workflow bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
