Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, experienced and highly responsible Operations Manager to manage the overall day-to-day operations of Snow Storm.

The ideal candidate should be an Ex-Serviceman with strong leadership, administration, discipline, manpower management and operational control skills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe and efficient operations while maintaining high standards of customer service, safety and employee discipline.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of Snow Storm.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all operational areas and facilities.
- Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Monitor operational efficiency, productivity and service standards.
- Identify operational issues and take immediate corrective action.
- Ensure all departments follow established SOPs and company policies.

Manpower Management
- Supervise and coordinate operational staff and frontline teams.
- Prepare and monitor duty rosters and manpower deployment.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available in all operational areas.
- Maintain employee discipline, punctuality and professional conduct.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational instructions.
- Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, manpower requirements and employee-related issues.

Safety & Security
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and security procedures.
- Coordinate with the Security team for effective crowd and access management.
- Monitor emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure proper incident reporting and immediate escalation of critical issues.
- Maintain discipline and security within the premises.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services whenever required.

Guest & Customer Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and visitor experience.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Front Office,



F&B;, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments.
- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective measures.

Maintenance & Facility Coordination
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure rides, facilities and guest areas are maintained in proper working condition.
- Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping and overall facility standards.
- Report breakdowns and critical maintenance issues to the concerned department.

Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Monitor attendance, manpower deployment and operational performance.
- Maintain records of incidents, complaints, maintenance issues and other operational matters.
- Submit regular reports to senior management.
- Assist management in implementing operational improvements and cost-control measures.

Candidate Profile
- Only Ex-Servicemen candidates are eligible.
- Candidates from the Army, Navy or Air Force with relevant leadership and operational experience are preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent discipline and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure.
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding operational responsibilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
- Experience in hospitality, amusement parks, resorts, facility management, security or large-scale operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
