Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager Sales to manage sales operations, lead teams, drive business growth, and ensure achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience and proven team-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day sales operations.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance meetings.
- Identify gaps in sales performance and take corrective actions.




- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare and review sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and SOPs.

Required Skills

- Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
- Strong team handling and leadership experience.
- Excellent knowledge of sales operations and business development.
- Strong target achievement and performance management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams/operations.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline.
